‘Uncouth’, but not sexual harassment: HC quashes FIR against Gurugram company boss who said ‘f*** off’
The high court held that, though “undeniably uncouth and discourteous”, profanity did not constitute a sexually coloured remark under Section 354-A of the IPC.
