We commend Utah for attempting to bring regulation closer to innovation through its pilot programme of Doctronic’s AI platform for prescription renewal, which uses a “sandbox”-style pathway.1 Sandboxes allow healthcare technology companies to test AI systems with a temporary waiver from specific sta
