Instructure detected unauthorized access to Canvas on April 29. ShinyHunters claimed the breach and posted a list of 8,809 affected institutions to BleepingComputer with per-school record counts. What was exposed: usernames, email addresses, student IDs, private messages between users (ShinyHunters
