Trump endorses Barr in Kentucky GOP Senate primary for McConnell's seat

The leading GOP candidate in the primary race to replace retiring Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) has now received the presidential stamp of approval. Rep. Andy Barr (R-Ky.) entered the race to fill the outgoing senator’s seat last April. President Trump lauded Barr as an “100% solid American Patriot”
