At least 16 killed across Ukraine and Russia in exhange of strikes on Chernobyl anniversary
Russian drone and missile strikes on the city of Dnipro killed at least nine, Ukrainian authorities said Sunday, while Russian officials claimed one man was killed in a Ukrainian drone strike on the port city of Sevastopol.
