Ukrainian drones struck Russia's Primorsk port and a number of vessels in the Baltic Sea on Sunday as part of a wave of attacks targeting Russian energy infrastructure. While Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky said the strikes limit "Russia's war potential", Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said
