Vietnam needs $30.5B to expand expressways and hit double-digit growth
Vietnam will need VND802.868 trillion (US$30.5 billion) over the next five years to expand and upgrade its expressway network, a spending required to underpin the government's double-digit growth ambitions, the country's construction minister said.
