I thought setting up a UK company was the hard part… I was wrong

When I set up my UK Ltd, I thought the difficult part was over. Company registered, done. Turns out… that’s where the confusing part actually starts. Not big problems. Small things that slowly pile up: – HMRC letters you don’t fully understand – not knowing which address is used where – missing im
