Moscow court transfers majority stake in Russian agribusiness giant to the state
A Moscow court has transferred to the state more than half the shares of Rusagro, placing the company under state control, the Russian news agency Interfax reported on May 5. The ruling came as part of a lawsuit against the company’s founder, former senator Vadim Moshkovich, and other co-defendants.
