Removing sign-in notification will remove the authentication app

So I have the following option to sing in: 1-Email a code 2- Email a code 3-Send sign-in notification 4-Enter a code from an authenticator app If I remove number 3 “send sign in notification”), it will also remove number 4 and the whole authentication app. That’s my issue. I keep getting spamm
